Is it possible to design a ReportViewer report at run time?

Is it possible to design the report at run time rather than placing and position the controls on the report at design time. I would like to be able to set the visibility and position columns in a table of the report.There is an 'Expression...' option for visibility. You have to use a number for the position though. You might be able to write an embeded function that can set them.
